BHF produces a variety of materials about smoking including an information leaflet called 'Smoking and Your Heart'.

Cancer Research UK is a charity with a mission to conquer cancer through world-class research. The website provides information about the organisation, research programmes, fundraising work and cancer information and statistics for patients, their families and friends.

The Centre for Tobacco Control Research was established by the Cancer Research Campaign (now Cancer Research UK) and is based at the University of Stirling. It monitors the activities of the tobacco industry and the tactics employed by the cigarette companies to recruit young smokers.
